Despite Warning by Boatmen, How 11 People Aboard 'Wooden Planks' Were Drowned in Bhopal Lake

A Bhopal boatman claimed that the boat was basically two planks of wood joined together with tin and other material and nearly 22 people were using it to go into the lake for immersions.
