India Presses for Urgent Humanitarian Assistance to Afghanistan at NSA-level Meet

EAM Spokesperson Arindam Bagchi said there is a need for urgent humanitarian assistance for Afghan people but at the same time referred to difficulties being faced because of lack of unimpeded access to Afghanistan.
