Come 2024, IAF Officers of New Weapons Systems Branch to Start Training, Join Field Units by 2025

The officers to be employed in the branch are likely to be Short Service Commission officers who will join the service through the Air Force Common Admission Test. The new branch will also prevent chances of an incident like the accidental firing of a BrahMos missile into Pakistan in March this year
