Kolkata Chhath Devotees Flout NGT Order, Break Open Locked Gate to Enter Rabindra Sarobar Lake Premises

The NGT had asked the West Bengal government to ensure that there is no violation of a order, which banned any kind of ritual for Chhath Puja or other festivals in the waters of the Rabindra Sarobar.
